Course Description

Training on budget preparation module is conducted in three steps after circulating Budget Circular from the Finance Division.In the first step, budget related focal point officers of the ministries, divisions and departments will be trained about the guiding principles narrated in Budget Circulars and improvement of Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and output indicators, and in the second stage, officers stated above as well as computer / data entry operators of budget management branches will be trained on the operation of iBAS++ for budget preparation. The last step is the weekly workshops arranged in December to May for the Focal Point officers from the LMs and respective BDOs to review the progress of the budget preparation.

An overview on iBAS++ Budget Preparetion Module and on different Forms related to Budget Preparation, Budget preparation in details using iBAS++., Selected technical information and guidelines related to budget preparation.
